This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. With its reasonable prices, we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel's location, although down a rather dirty-looking back alley within a maze of alleyways, proved to be a hidden gem. It was conveniently situated on 3 subway lines, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the rooms with external access down 4 floors with several large round tables, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The breakfast, included in the rate, was a pleasant surprise with its hot and cold items and good quality food.
All was just perfect.

Comfortable bed and television, a mini-refrigerator and a refrigerator in the room. There is insadong nearby and a metro station is right outside. One of our favorite spots namdaemun was close to this place. Breakfast offered lots of food and was COMPLIMENTARY.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of three train lines, making it easy and convenient to explore the city. It is also close to the business centre, making it a convenient choice for business travelers. it is located near the subway entrance, providing easy access to public transportation.
The hotel lacks a sign at the entrance of the street, making it a bit challenging to find for first-time visitors.

1. morning breakfast buffet, although limited choices but delicious. 2. friendly and helpful hotel staff provide me with useful tourist information. 3. location in central of the city and walking distance to major tourist spots eg palaces and shopping district
1. cleaniness - is not dirty but not very clean either. still have room to improve. 2. room is bit small but just enough for a solo traveller

Its location, compliment breakfast and very helpful staffs. The staffs can speak English well, and were very helpfull to provide direction and make bookings for side trips for us. The breakfast was also nice with different variety each day. The room price is also very affordable.
The room may be a bit small.

I thought the hotel staff were very friendly and respectful. The room was a nice luxury given my whirlwind trip. I liked the proximity to the main tourist sites in the city, and the subway.
I didn't like walking through the little alleyways to get to the hotel at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Seoul and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the helpful and friendly staff, everything was taken care of. The location was also a major highlight, right in the center of Seoul and tucked away in a maze of alleyways, giving it a unique charm. Plus, the breakfast was included in the rate and offered a wide variety of hot and cold items, ensuring a good start to the day.
My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the nicest shops in town and to the beautiful Cheonggyecheon stream. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable lobby and a great shower in the practical bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we didn't speak the local language. They went above and beyond to assist us, loaning us a phone charger, holding our bags, and providing us with a directional card for taxi drivers. The included breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, both Western and Korean, and there was always plenty of delicious food to choose from. this hotel provided us with a clean and modern room, along with great service and convenient amenities.
Can't think of anything.
